He was 65 years old. Earlier today, deputies were dispatched to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes in response to a report of an unresponsive man in a hotel room. The man was identified as Robert Saget and was pronounced dead at the scene. In this case, detectives discovered no evidence of foul play or drug use “According to the Sheriff’s statement, The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, according to the Sheriff’s office. Saget was in Florida for a comedy tour. He performed Saturday night in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, according to tour dates pinned to his Twitter account. Saget, who is known for his raunchy humor on stage and among his friends, first became known to audiences through family-friendly programming. He first appeared on ABC’s “Full House” as the widowed father of three daughters, and then as the host of the network’s “America’s Funniest Home Videos” clip show.

“Full House” fans are mourning a sad loss. Bob Saget, best known for his starring role as Danny Tanner on the classic sitcom, has passed away at 65 years old. The actor died Sunday at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, Fla., the local sheriff’s department confirmed on Twitter.
